TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DEFINITELY AVOID!!

Went there to get my brown re-growth done. They left my hair with multiple stripes- fluoro white hair around scalp for 1cm then disgusting orange/yellow stripe next and then very slight brown stripe which finally continues as normal blonde!!! Also left 2 brown spots on scalp line where they missed putting the dye. Hair dye was already in my hair before they asked me what I normally get done/properly looked at hair. Quoted $75 got to counter and had to pay $120 (no notification of this in the whole 2hrs I was there). Phoned when got home saying how unhappy I was with it to which they said come in tomorrow. I drove all the way back said what I was unhappy with to which they said they said they can't/aren't going to do anything! Also blatantly lied and said orange was already there -I have photos to prove it wasn't!! My hair looks terrible!!

Do yourself a favour and skip this experience. We had them do hair and make-up for a wedding, they presented unprofessionally on site, took over double the time allowed and didn't listen to the clients instructions. Make-up was a complete waste of time, they had two attempts and due to the time to complete we had to run with what we received or no photos would have been taken on the day. There was no time to fix the many mistakes, make-up was not skin tone matched, not blended and caked on beyond belief. As out of towners we didn't have the luxury or a trail. The disappointment will remain as we have no choice a permanent reminder will be in every photo of the ceremony.
