Have stayed at Auberge over the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the experience
The guesthouse is warm and comfortable .beautifully decorated and very homely
The host Patricia cooked our breakfast of eggs bacon tomato etc with a table full of breakfast delights
The tranquil surrounds pleased us as we were having a romantic weekend
All in all I would highly recommend this place for its hospitality and ambience

MINUS 4 STARS - customer attitudes are appalling. From the start we found the management totally uncooperative. However, as we had been given a night away as a present from our daughter (paid in advance of course) we persisted and arrived in Woodend - the nearest town - to do some sight seeing. We were surprised at 4.30 to receive a call to my wife's mobile asking could we please get to the B&B as the person in charge wanted to get us checked in so they could go home! (Customers first?)
