My experience with Auburn Conveyancing has been very poor. Their inaction and incompetence led to us needing to ask to delay settlement twice which put us at risk of the vendor charging us for not settling on time. We also needed to contact SRO ourselves to chase things up. Rebecca will say the right things to get your business and then provide a poor service. I highly recommend going with another conveyancer. You stand to lose money by working with Auburn conveyancing.

Unfortunately, my experience with representatives from Auburn Conveyancing was very negative. I didn't find the representatives to be proactive in liaising with us throughout the settlement period, rather leaving us in the dark as to updates or next steps. I am disappointed with the level of client service provided by the team at Auburn Conveyancing & Property Services.

Bad people skills, general lack of care, poor attention to detail and no consideration to their customers. DO NOT use. Find someone that cares about your business.

I had dealings with these girls (and I say girls because women would be more professional in their work). I not only found them to be non professional and lacked people skills, calls were returned after a couple of days and even then the lack of caring in their voice. What was promised was not delivered. As soon as they received their money that was it, NEXT... Yes they give you a variable cost from a low figure to a max figure and of course charge you at the max figure. I would not only NEVER use them again, but made sure that I tell family and friends to stay away from them.
