Aucom Surveillance

Worst company ever!!!! You get great service until they receive your money then.......nothing. We ordered a surveillance system for our business and we received great service until we paid for it. Since then we haven't received our system and they don't return our numerous calls. Will be getting my lawyer involved to get my money back!!! Please don't let them rip you off..... Do not use this company... Ever.

Please do not use this company, I regret using this supplier,but unfortunately I did not read these reviews before hand. From the moment I parted with my hard earned cash I had no communication with them first the cameras didn't turn up, it was only that I was in Sydney and I had used one of their contractors to install the wiring that they decided to send the cameras. Three weeks passed of me trying to get some communication from them nothing. Fortunately I had not paid the contractor so I used them as leverage to get a response. Finally they set the cameras up but has made a mistake and not included one of my shops and funny that, I can't get hold of them yet again. I just like to say that I never write in these review pages but I felt compelled to let people know the hassle I went through. P.S the software doesn't work great.........

Excellent company to deal with. Very fast and efficient dispatch of equipment as well as excellent backup help online especially from Michael. The security system we purchased is outstanding. We would well-recommend this company to anyone.

Worst company I've ever used. Took about 5 months just to get refund and only was able to get that cause I involved a lawyer. Got calls straight back until I placed the order then could never get a hold of anyone, no returned phone calls or replies to emails. If you thinking about using them, don't, nothing but hassles.
