Audi Alto Artarmon

Very disappointed by this business. Their Finance guy Andry promised to honor an 8.99% for the sale of a used vehicle. He promised he would call me the same evening and if not, definitely the very next morning. Upon calling the business the next day, I am notified that Andry left for annual leave for 2 weeks, without submitting my application, or even passing my case to a colleague. His boss Nick got on the phone, who told me he knew nothing about finance for me and had not been briefed by Andry for this. Mind you, I had already been approved by 2 other lenders that I had arranged by myself, one for 8.99% for a new vehicle and one for 9.99% for up to 2 yrs old. Andry told me, that to get my business he will get me an 8.99% for this 2017 model, regardless of the fact that my credit file would show recent traffic, as long as I admitted in an email that I intend to withdraw my other applications upon approval by VW Finance. Had a great purchase experience and then tied to book in for a service. Absolutely terrible, unhelpful, inflexible gentleman who didn’t even try to understand my request. Went to another Audi dealer

After an accident(a little one) that my wife had with my 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander,I brought the car to Alto Artarmon assuming they could fix the car quicker and better than nominated panel shop by insurance co,it was the worst decision that I made ever, it took more than a month to get the car fixed with this excuse that the bumper supposed to provide by Mitsubishi Australia and the delay was not their fault and finally after getting the car there was too much dust under painting, so, I need to bring it back to them and gonna take another 2 days to repaint it.Quality was horrible

I bought a new Audi S3 here to save $1000 over a dealership where I had bought my last 2 Audis. Worst mistake ever. Car has been back 6 times for rattles. It was a real struggle to a) get them to understand the problems b) diagnose them c) repair it!! Their service department really needs a shake up. The customer is the enemy and is always wrong in their eyes. I cant wait to get out of warranty and move back to Audi Brookvale who have the best service team ever!!
