Terrible experience. First contacted Nass 4 July, and yes he was able to come out to have a look pretty quickly. However, it took 2 weeks to finally receive the quote. We were eager to move quickly as we wanted to commence our landscaping at 1 Sept/as soon as Spring started. He came out to inspect again on 5 Aug to confirm the exact works that was to be done- as we had already told him we were going ahead. He then was going to get back to us with additional costings for works. This dragged on.... no replies via email or text, no returned phone calls. Finally around 28 Aug he called back and assured me he will do the works 1 Sep. On 29 Aug, I tried to call to confirm exact dates..... no answer. Tried emailing, texting, calling... nothing. To this day 13 Sep, he has not made contact with me. Nass really stuffed us around. End of Aug I started calling other landscapers, and of course they were booked out as it was already Spring.
