Absolutely terrible, If I could give less than one star I would!
I am STILL waiting on Linda to respond to a complaint I made after my hair was RUINED by this salon (an attempt to fix the mistake did not work so I requested my money back as I have had to go to another salon to fix it) THIS IS AFTER PAYING $230 for a botched job!
Linda has contacted me once on the phone and advised she would call back, that was over 2 weeks ago now. I have emailed and contacted the salon on numerous occasions; but the inability of the owner, Linda, to take responsibility for her salon's mistake and contact me back for a refund is deplorable.
DO NOT ATTEND THIS SALON unless you want hidden costs, a terrible hairstyle and despicably poor customer service! I will eagerly await a refund or any attempt at contact by Linda.
