Aura Tree Services

One of Aura's drivers has been parked in my street a few doors up from my apartment in Sydney's Inner West for about half an hour with his large truck's engine running whilst he browsed his mobile phone - revving it occasionally. Eventually I went out and asked him to switch off his engine. He refused - quite rudely. I called Aura's office, Their reply - he's probably had a hard day and just needs to sit in the aircon for a while. Actually his window was wide open, so that was just an excuse. He's switched it off now as I had no alternative but to call the cops.

These guys are incredible! I have worked closely with Gabrielle, Lyndon and many more here and love the service, it is fast and helpful and they have given me a lot of knowledge (I work in strata) which is so important to ensure we all get the best outcome for the client. Great work!

I used this company annually for over 10 years, however after my recent experience I was left so infuriated and upset that I would strongly encourage you to keep looking elsewhere...

Aura tree's servicemen damaged my property in several areas (stood and dented my roof/broke my fence/ and stepped ontop several delicate plants) plus cut several trees which I specifically requested them not to touch. After discussing this with the man I charge I was told that it was my fault because I didn't communicate properly with the team. Would not ever ever use them.
