Definitely "not another gym" this studio is awesome.
Stephan and Belinda are so friendly and fun.
The trainers really know what they are doing and every session they are right there with me guiding me and helping me.
Their equipment is state of the art and the AlterG treadmill is incredible - you must experience it to believe it.
Stephan's active release massage is a must - you will feel incredible afterwards (be warned it's not a relaxing massage - he will work on your trigger points, knots and aches)
So glad whole body vibration training is now available in the Highlands. It's incredible and my results have been amazing. Stephan, Belinda and the other staff have helped me every step of the way, making my training fun and keeps me motivated.
This us definately not your typical gym and the small and intimate training is perfect - it's like getting your own personal trainer every session for a fraction of the price.
