Aus-Con Concrete Developments

Aus-Con was recommended to us by our neighbour in laying a concrete slab for our carport. They are professional, friendly and patience. Visited the site at least a few times to plan our how they are going to do the job. Also walked us through every step on what they plan to do, when to do it and how they are going to do it. Not only they ensured all the landscapes around the carport are leveled and tidied, ready for us to plant in our garden beds. They left no mess behind, cleaned all the debris from the job as well as our shared drive way.

I recently engaged Aus-Con for a difficult task removing old courtyard slab and replacing with a modern coloured and cut replacement. The area required care to avoid property damage and this was completed successfully. Jeremy responded to all questions in a timely manner and was always able to be contacted. I've used Aus-Con for 2 large jobs in the last year. A new house with retaining walls, earthworks, driveways and concrete pathways. I am very pleased with the results, especially when suggestions were made about stuff I had not thought about, and doing certain tasks now to save later on when ready to go to the next step.

We used this business for a coloured concrete driveway with brick edging. Despite coming out and providing a quote for the design we described, on the day that work commenced (and with an earthmover thundering up and down the driveway), They listed a number of issues with the design we had described. When we asked why certain things couldn't be done or for further clarification, They became impatient, passive-aggressive and, at times, simply rude. We felt pressured in accepting a design which is not ideal. There were other issues with these people too, which made the whole experience very unpleasant. Would not recommend.

These boys were great! Provided design service, good price and reliable. Would recommend for all concrete or hard landscaping job.
