My employer was seeking someone to service our business AC and I contacted this business when referred to them by a mutual acquaintance. TWICE I was told (when I could get on to them) that they would be out within two weeks, with no further detail than that. They never turned up and there was no explanation or contact on their part. I've been left embarrassed and we had to go elsewhere. I've since heard this is 'standard operating procedure'. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this business. If I could figure out how to remove the half star, I would!
