Tommy has done a great job organizing our home loans on two separate occasions now.

He did everything you would want a good mortgage broker to do, which is 1st get you the best rate available (far lower than anything I saw advertised online), 2nd structure the loans and accounts the way I needed (split between fixed and variable with off-sets, etc) and 3rd do it all quickly and keep me informed along the way.

Our initial request was to refinance our home to a lower interest rate and added an extra redraw for home renovations and a brand new car.
The process of gathering our documents was so easy to compile through their system. We were able to upload all our personal documents which were encrypted so our personal data was safe and secured. We didn’t have to see him personally everything was done online; most communications were done via email and over the phone.
Victor was able to attain us lower interest rate of 3.64% which equates to saving us over $60k over our loan term period and now our repayments are even lower.
He was so professional and diligent and achieved what we were after. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to Refinance, get a better deal on a lower interest rate and repay your home sooner!
