Had a new hot water service installed 4 or 5 months ago and had to go without hot water for 3 days waiting for the fault to be fixed. Went from gravity fed to mains pressure and it has barely made a difference. Now there's noise coming from it, sometimes when it's in use and other times when not in use. Still waiting for a call back.
Myself and my family have had ausplumb do many jobs for us over the years and always found them to be great until the last job we had done we were completely ripped off, and they were so arrogant over the phone when getting them to explain how they come up with such a big bill. We definitely will not be using this company ever again. ABSOLUTELY RIPPED OFF.
