In January 2024, we contracted Auss-One Fencing to install a security fence for our business at a cost of $11,950. The agreed terms were a 50% deposit with the balance due upon completion, the project was scheduled to be finished by March 8th.

Do not trust them. Lie after lie. Oh I'm not in the office, my accountant will sedt you the money in 3 to 4 weeks. Angela treats you like you are stupid. Do not pay more than 10% deposit. That's by the laws of fair. Took over 4 months to get a fence. Waiting for the spin from Angela. Lol.
First off I have no issue with the quality of fence. I have a massive issue with the systems they use to take payments. They ask for credit card over the phone and then i was charged an additional two times. Second one being about 4 months later. While the money was returned to me it was extremely stressful and not a pleasant experience. i ended up cancelling my credit card to avoid it happening again. While i do not think they are intentionally doing this, the systems they use clearly are not adequate. If you use this company do not under any circumstance give them your credit card details over the phone! Ask for an invoice and bank transfer only.
The guys are professional thieves!!! Nick and his wife Angela are all talk but no action!!!! They will take your money and deliver you a dream!!! We paid them $10,000 and our fence is less than 6 months old and it's falling apart!!! Do your selves a favour and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Auss-one Fencing has done a fantastic fencing job for us (colorbond fencing with sleepers underneath for our backyard and Aluminium fencing for the front yard). The waiting time was much longer than expected, due to the busy time before Christmas holidays and extreme weather conditions. However, the work was superb and worth all the wait! Nick took the measurements and provided us with a very reasonable quote. Angela kept us informed regarding the starting dates and payments. Mike and Joe were very polite, professional and did an excellent fencing work. We highly recommend Auss-one fencing.
