BUYER BEWARE: First of all, have a look at the almost identical, and obviously fake, 5 star reviews on Google. And think to yourself - what sort of business needs to fake positive reviews? A bad one!
We purchased a solar system from this company less than a year ago. The system worked for the first few months, then failed catastrophically. The system is unusable. We have been attempting to contact the company to lodge a warranty request, but are getting ignored. Our emails go unresponded, and every time we call the secretary we get the standard dodgy response "the tech isn't in the office", "the manager isn't in the office". How convenient that every time we call about their problem they're not in the office, but when we initially called to purchase the system calls and emails were responded to almost instantly. ...read more
Absolute shocking mob to deal with........20 amp dc to dc charger played up 10 weeks ago. Sent it in was assured it will only take a couple of weeks. Followed up after a few weeks, never a phone call returned. Tried to get through to management told by receptionist not an option, Tried e mailing management no response. Ten weeks later told that the warranty was referred to the manufacturer........????? They wont replace it. This is a $200 battery charger, imagine doing a warranty claim on a big system. I will be following up with the ACCC. Stay clear people, their reviews on their website are laughable, 5 stars for goods received??? Wait till warranty.......
12 weeks and counting, cant get hold of anyone. No calls returned.
