Was charged almost $500 for 2 simple plumbing jobs that were completed in under an hour, and this was after receiving a pensioner discount and no call out fee. After further investigation, realised that I could have had the work completed for half that price. I would strongly suggest shopping around for other plumbers to receive a reasonable price. Very disappointed.

So you the customer know the cost of all work before we proceed. We then once the job is completed ask you to sign the invoice to state that you are satisfied with all work completed. If at any point in that process you are not happy we will ensure to address any issue you have whether it be price, workmanship or overall experience.
