Terrible customer service! do not go here!! Communication is terrible and they stuffed us around for 2-3 weeks saying we were all good to make offers on a house and once we did, a week later over a minor technicality of a payslip they said they couldnt help us. went somewhere else the next day and we have now bought our first home NO THANKS TO AUSSIE! Called them a number of times to find out what was going on and they would never return my calls unless it was a friday before closing time saying they need more paper work. DONT GO HERE!
