Aussie Jumping Castles

Awesome company, under new management, and what a change it has made, fantastic product and fantastic staff, friendly and knowledgable and willing to do anything, great support by the manager as well she was awesome.

I wouldn't recommend hiring a jumping castle with Aussie jumping castles. I hired a jumping castle for my 2nd daughters birthday party. Told them I wanted to book it from 9am-1pm. They didn't show up nor did they call me to say they weren't coming till 3pm that afternoon. which I think is unprofessional. I understand accidents happen etc but to not even call the client is very unprofessional. One very upset customer.

I'd score this company less if I could. We booked this company without reading any of the reviews, bad decision. Not only did they not even show up, they would not answer or return any calls when attempting to find out what's happening. So our little ones party was minus a jumping castle.
This is about as unprofessional as a company can get. When they finally did decide to get back to us 8 hours later, it was just with a made up story that they have probably told the numerous other potential clients he has disappointed.
There are other local companies that offer the same services. I'd stay away from this one at all costs.

I am fundraising for my autistic daughter to attend an early intervention intensive therapy centre in 2013. We are holding a Facebook auction. Aussie Jumping Castles have been absolutely wonderful and have donated a 1 day hire of a fairy floss machine for us to put in our auction. We are forever grateful to these guys and are thankful to have come across such a compassionate generous business. All the best with your fantastic business...you are sure to be a pleasure to deal with for any potential customer :)

I got a quote from Aussie Jumping Castles but forgot to make the booking. On the morning of my daughter's party I rang Steve with a sick feeling in my gut that I had let my daughter down. However within an hour I had the jumping castle setup in the back yard and I'm glad to say I'm still my daughter's hero. This is the second time I've used Aussie Jumping Castles and I couldn't be happier with the cheap prices, the high quality of the equipment and most of all, the great and dedicated service with a smile I have had on both ocassions. I have no hesitation in recomending Aussie Jumping Castles to anyone thinking of having a party. I will definately be a repeat customer for years to come. Thanks you so very much Steve, you're my hero.
