DO NOT buy down lights from this place I have bought over 300 downlights from here nearly half of them have become faulty which I have had to change at my own expense, they did give some replacement fittings but the colour variation in the globes made them un usable

I bought 110 downlights to install in a million dollar house. Of the110, 70 of them we're faulty. When i approached the company for some kind of compensation i was given the cold shoulder and told it was bad luck and that they cannot do anything. As an electrician running a business i would suggest to anyone considering dealing with this company to think again.

Alan is very knowledgeable and helped us greatly with the purchase of our LED downlights. He is very straightforward, no hard-selling tactics, and spent quite a bit of time explaining the different 'colour' lights, angle of light and brightness to fit our needs. We bought the Taily LEDs because among other factors, they have a glass covering compared to a lot of others with a plastic covering that cost around the same price. It would seem that over time, plastic can turn a yellowish colour. Alan also helped us to pick up a bathroom vanity light that was both practical and inexpensive. Would definitely recommend Aussie Lamp World.

I bought their 15w LED "ddl15w" and installed 12 in to a clients house. I was told that the lights were a 'warm white' and when installed the color was nothing like any other 'warm white' down light I have ever purchased. Needless to say the client was not impressed by the lights and neither was I, when I approached the sales staff about the problem I was simply told that because they had been installed they could not take them back or swap them over.

There product is poor.

This is how they treat some one who buys 100's of led down lights each year.



I have now purchased quality LED's($3 more each) and thrown Aussie Lamp Worlds in the BIN!
