My dog loves and has a great experience with Debra from Aussie Pooch Mobile, every fortnight for the past four years Deb comes and brushes and washes our dog tootsa, without incident at all, she is a local who works within her own community and I know that franchisee's of Aussie Pooch Mobile sign a Contract stating you have to have insurance so if anything that might happen will be covered, as Deb has informed me so, as she will not be able to run her own business within her Aussie pooch contract, Also Deb doesn't offer clipping as a service so I'm not sure how the last comment can apply, she only washes,nail cut,ear clean and dry the dog, she is very gently and patient. So in my experience Deb is great and Aussie Pooch offer a 100% money back guarantee if your not happy!

I had an awful experience with this service. Although the clipping and bathing of my pup was fine, she was left with a cut on her back that the groomer put a bandaid on. The groomer apologised to me about the 'nip' they did on her skin and told me to leave the bandaid on for a few days.
Luckily i had to take her to a kennel before going away for a weekend, because when they removed the bandaid, there was a wound about 2cmx1cm wide. My dog ended up in hospital, received general anaesthetic, was hospitalised for the day and received three stitches to close up her wound.
