My name is Samantha Harvey, I?m a fully accredited Aussie Mobile Broker and member of the MFAA.
I?m passionate about helping others enter into the property market who feel overwhelmed at the cost of soaring house prices and who struggle with affordability. I have seen many frustrated people in the market give up on their dreams of home ownership - but there is an alternative.

I specialise in rent-vesting (rent where you live and invest in property elsewhere) as a way to enter the property market. By buying an investment first and continuing to rent; it does not limit you to a locality or a cost bracket and can be a great stepping stone on your way to owning your own home (if you simply can?t go past the great Australian dream) or to being a long-haul rentvestor with a growing investment portfolio.

I?m a rentvestor myself who has chosen lifestyle (and living where I want to live) above owning my own home. Instead I have invested in property and maintained the same lifestyle and freedoms I enjoyed prior to purchasing.
My experience, enthusiasm and passion for property investing really separates me from other mortgage brokers. My mission is to empower those who have otherwise given up on their property dreams and let them know, you CAN get into the property market and even better you don?t have to sacrifice your lifestyle or dreams to do so!
