Booked in for Sydney more than a weeks ago, still waiting for a pick-up. No news from company as to reason for the delay, no compensation (I pay a premium for good service, if I don't get it, I shouldn't be charged a premium - equivalent pick ups cost $133 with other services, I paid $195 for a pick-up within 4 days).
