Aussie's Car Wash Cafe

Took my evoque in for a deluxe hand wash and paid extra $20 for engine clean. Paid $75 in total. Car looked in good condition when I picked it up. I was in a rush so didn't have time to do a thorough check of the car.

When I did have time to check the car later in the day the wash was an average job however the front my car was left dirty with bugs and dirt still stuck to the car.

I opened the bonnet and the engine hadn't even been touched. There was still dust everywhere and nothing has been wiped down.

I called them the next day. There was only a mobile as a contact. No one answered so I left a message and never received a call back.

I do not recommend this place and if you do go there make sure you check your car thoroughly after the wash.

I left my car with them at 9am morning and they promised to wash it today. I got a text at 3pm saying they couldn't do it today. I'm really mad about it. Terrible service, no idea if they are any good at washing cars. #reviewtowin

I have always had a fair experience here. They always tries to upsell you to a more expensive wash with annoys after a while. It's a good wash but as always earlier is better. Not what I would call great, but fair from the worst.

Drove up to wash my wifes car and mine, and was told that if we did not select Delux was we had to leave... I am now taking it up with Fair Trading..
