We bought a trailer and was told that the rego papers will be posted out in a couple of weeks. When I received the rego papers the rego was paid on a certain date but the rego started 4 weeks before the rego was paid. It wasn't even the date that we paid for our new trailer. When I contacted the company they were so rude and told me it doesn't matter it only a difference of $5.00, but that is not the point. The reason we bought the trailer in that month as we have massive bills in the previous month and didn't want an extra expense. Be very mindful that they do this to you, the staff I spoke with didn't even want to help and then at the end of conversation stated that they didn't know what I was talking about, but they did understand as they were answering my questions.
