Don't put yourself through it. Called 3 times to buy my husband a trailer for his birthday - told each time the sales person would call back soon...didn't happen. Receptionist said she would speak 'gently' to the salesperson to ask them to return my call??? Are they doing me a favour by returning my call??? Finally got hold of the lady owner (the aforementioned salesperson), who asked me to hurry up because she had more problems to deal with than speaking with me. If I've put you out by wanting to buy a trailer and your too busy to speak to me - a simple we'll call you tomorrow would have sufficed - maybe you need ACTUAL salespeople...and a personality overhaul. Gobsmacked.
One of the worse customer service I have seen in any industry. The workmenship on the trailer was unsafe Andrew poor. The ramp pins flogged out in only 1600km I was lucky they didn't hurt anyone. If you are buying a trailer from here make sure you check their welds as they are sloppy, slag everywhere and they are not consistent. Good luck if you are buying a trailer from here. Glenn

Thank you for your review. We are really surprised that you have given this type of review when we have arranged your trailer to be freighted to us from Rockhampton when you contacted us about your problem with the locking pin. The locking pin may have given way due to the condition of the rough roads the trailer when through which we noticed due to all the red dust on the trailer. We are now aware what type of roads you go through and have rectified the problem by welding extra bracing for you so you shouldnt have any further problems.

I would not recommend them at all. First our trailer was not ready on time, I had to ring them to find out it would be a week late, then when that week finished still nothing. I had to call them again was told someone would call back and no one did, just to call the next day and find out it was still not ready for another 4 days.
The colour was not what we asked for at all and all that was written down was a code which is supposedly for the ugly colour it was painted and not what we specifically asked for in the first place. With only one coat of paint that already has surface rust, and chipping off.
Fuel caddies were not put on even though asked for when ordered.
And finally the best part of it all our zero turn mower can not go in or out due to the way the ramp was put on even though we explained when ordering it ...read more
