If I could give Chaz & his team negative stars I would!!! Funnily enough my husband and I left negative feedback about him and his company and our reviews have disappeared!!! How odd!!!!! DO NOT use this company unless you want your admin and sinking funds are depleted overnight!!!!
I am in total agreement with with you. These people should be avoided at all costs.They nearly sent us broke. They don't know what they are doing. If they did it would be fraud. We had to leave to save ourselves. They have set the benchmark for total mismanagement and incompetence.What a nightmare they were.
Queensland sinking and admin funds are being used to fund this company's mismanagment and that is exactly where our money has disappeared to also. How do we stop these people?
My partner and I both had properties managed by ABCM. Following recent change of management, we have found the service to be a combination of unhelpful, incompetent and often rude. The owners of my partners properties have changed to another body corporate manager and the owners of my building are looking to do the same. With the increasing automation of simple legal services, cost should be reducing and service improving. Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately) companies run like this will not last in the changing market.
Good for you Adrian, glad their service has improved in your case and that you're pleased. We've experienced a number of BCM firms and still compare their plus sides to ABC minuses so they've set a low that is hard to bear. But very pleased for you, good for you.
We totally agree with you and if we could close them down we would. We just hope that the Qld Government takes steps to do it for everyone's sake.
I have received great services from the team, can only say positive things. Thanks ABCM for what you do!
Our scheme have had to employ lawyers to deal with the problems that ABCM has created. There is nothing great about them, except that they have grated on our nerves.
