I agree with other reviewers. No one I met has had anything good to say about this institution. This "college" is unorganised, no support, whiny complaining lecturers and people in charge, horrible place to study.. save yourself unnecessary grief, stress and money and enrol elsewhere. Recently have had enough and transferring to Endeavour.
Half a star is too much. No support, no organisation, lecturers consistently off topic, no replies when asking for advice or to resolve issues, the slides are outdated, incorrect and often incoherent. Face to face classes are replaced with online collaborates with no notice- 3 hours in person down to 1 hour online and no discount offered. For an expensive course, we are consistently ripped off
Mary in the cafe is the only saving grace. This place is disgusting. Do not go here.
Fully agree with your comments and bad experience you had. Can you imagine I paid international fee for this corrupt, pest organization. The Health Science Catherine Smith
Program Manager - Natural Health skipped and ignored my appointment to see her. No follow up. Can you imagine that I come from afar / Japan. Get ripped off like this. You know, you can actually lodge a complaint at a legal office that is Pro Bono for students, when education indistutions fail to provide their service in expectations.

If you're looking for a college that takes 4 months to mark your assessments, this is the place for you! If you want phone calls from tutor's whinging to you that they're understaffed and they have to much work to do and that's why they haven't marked your assessment - also the place for you! If you want the program manager to ignore your emails about why your assessments aren't marked - go ahead and enrol now.
I did read the reviews prior to enrolling into this college and only wish I would have listened. This is why it's so important to have free speech on the internet and reviews available so consumers can make informed decisions about how to spend their money. I have had the most awful experience at this college. For starters, lecturers just don't bother turning up and there is no communication for weeks as to what happened to them. Apparently the college was supposed to organise a replacement and never did. Other lecturers are incredibly rude - I actually had one of them refer me to the student conduct policy because I used an exclamation point in an email to her regarding not being able to submit my assignment due to formatting issues on Blackboard (kind of an important issue). Talk about being overly sensitive. I have a university degree and have never been "disciplined" or reprimanded for anything, much less for my use of punctuation. I alerted ...read more
I am Full Time International Student, just started the Health Science (Bachelor - Nutritionist Path).
I highly advise you to RE-Consider in getting enrolled with the ACNT (Campus, and Online). Campus Programs and Online Programs are both hollow, and outdated contents here and there, very few good, mature faculty members, and awfully incompetent Program Manager - Catherine Smith / Victoria. Study Materials are 100% ONLINE, Lecture only breifly touches on What is Covered in OnLine Material - lectures they use some Unviersity's YOUTUBE Vedio to carry on - So basically you are watching screen 98% of the time. As International, paying a lot of $$, WHAT IS THE POINT? No Practical. Maybe as you get into the study further, but nothing suspects me to think there is ANY practical. Counseling Course - Dull. Anatomy Course - PhD Student teaches this (typically Teaching Assistant in a University ...read more
