Australasian Defendo CQC/Ju-Jitsu

Before Defendo, I worked as a bouncer in some the most violent pubs and clubs in this area, a fellow colleague (who does Defendo as well) has helped me, numerous times, from serious or permanent injury. I was very impressed how defended himself and how managed violent conflict situations and I asked, 'where did you learn all that?', he referred me to here, Defendo.
Now I have been practising Defendo for 10 months now and in that time, I have learnt (and used) various defensive techniques (attacked by bottles, multiple attackers, etc.) and conflict resolutions that makes it safer to do my job and I would not trade that time I spent in Defendo for anything else.
