Rude Staff.
I took my phone to repair even i was quoted $49 somewhere else but Australia GSM World was reletively close where I live. An Asian Girl at GSM quoted $65. I told her I been quoted $49 somewhere else but she refused saying she can't do it for that price. So I thought I can save sometime atlease if get repaired from GSM. So I agreed at $65 and I was told that it will take 30 minutes. When I left my phone at shop she said bring cash from ATM. I wasn't happy to make a cash transaction and go to ATM to withdraw cash. I when I went to pick up phone she asked for cash and I said I am not paying cash. When she heard that she got upset and picked up EFTPOS machine and throw it in front of me and I didn't know how to use it as it was a new machine which looks like an iPad. So somehow figured out after swiping my card 3 times. So I am going to give them 0 for customer service and 0 for behaviour.
