Rude Customer Service from Consumer Help Line. Poor attitude and service. They did not want to resolve my problem, i had to deal with rude reps who were only contradicting my complaint. Waste of money buying their items, i will make a complaint with the Consumer Watchdog ACCC, and will also let the distributor know about their rude attitude toward customers!
