I am even reluctant to give half a star for the appauling attitudes that I along with many customers receive at this post office in Epping Pacific. It is not just one specific worker, but most of them that I have encountered are rude and unpleasant. Many family members and friends have had similar experiences. A little respect is all I ask!
A lady that works there named Ana kokoska treated my elderly mother so badly & when my mother asked her why thus treatment she answered she doesn't get paid enough to be nice !!!!!!' horrific I will be putting a official complaint in !!!!
Unfortunately, nothing has changed. They continue to be rude and have poor customer service.
Great service, they smile and are friendly and some of the ladies will even have a little chat with you which makes you feel nice when you walk away. The place is always very busy with long lines but they move quickly.
