After waiting for soooooo long in line it would be super nice if we could get a smile and hello rather than a grumpy sounding ‘Yes’

I understand that post offices are busy but every time I come here and am served by the older tall man with the silver hair, I receive appallingly rude treatment. The other two staff (lady with red hair and an Asian) are both prompt and polite and able to quickly retrieve parcels. The man, however, often cannot find my parcels despite my having received a confirmation email. It is frustrating and I now often hope not to be served by this man whenever I visit the post office!
