Bad customer service, was treated unfairly.Lined up at 4;45 only 15 min till closing. My 3 year old runs off and 9 year old chases him. I stood there with one more person in front of me.I hear my son screaming so I run off and lose my place in line come back to the line and the man there let me in knowing what happened. My son runs off again so I lose my spot again just wanting to pay my bills.I went back and politely said "sorry" and this staff glares at me and says" I'm closed" in a rude manner. Then I explained to them that I was already lined up and said" well then you should of stayed there". They knew what happened, and saw the whole thing. Then the woman who works at the Tattersalls comes to their defence after I said "well obviously you don't have kids" and then tells me not to take it out on them because I'm having a bad day.
