I have been trying to call this post office since 9am in the morning. It is now 12:40pm and have Called them almost 5 times in the past 4 hours. No one has bothered to pick up. On their website it is mentioned that they are open till 5pm. I can understand if they are busy but it has been 4hours! They could at least have the courtesy to pick up the phone and let me know they will call me back. Nope... none of that. That’s what I call bad service.
I also work in customer service and I have never ever been treated with so much disrespect by anyone in my entire life, I was shocked to say the least, when I asked a question they kept talking over me and would not answer my question, they then stated that they had nothing to do with Australia Post, which was amazing as they were pointing to the Australia Post sign as they made that statement. All I can say is I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service and I would highly recommend if you wish to avoid embarrassment, please avoid using this post office unless you have no choice.
I am not one to usually complain or give poor reviews but on this occasion they left me no choice, and actually advised me to complain if I didn't like their service.
