Terrible customer service. Staff display a lack of basic postal knowledge, and are unwilling to avail themselves of the opportunity to provide the customer service for which they are employed. I only wish I could go elsewhere to collect my packages.

Having seen many post offices.. this one is the poorest i have come across yet. Highly cluttered, cranky staff (no doubt due to surroundings) and whilst redirecting mail - recieved a months worth of bills 2 days before xmas. stop here only if you must. positive there is room for improvment.
