This must be one of the busiest suburban post offices in Melbourne. With only 1 exception, all staff manage to keep their efficiency up and their attitude to customers satisfactory, when confronted with a line of waiting customers that stretches to the door, sometimes for hours on end. This kind of self-replicating log jam is made all the worse by the number of passport applications that flow through this PO. The staff and customers of this PO would benefit from a dedicated point at which bills are paid, and another that is the site for passport applicants, thus creating 3 lines instead of 1, and I believe simplifying the task immensely. The products at the store are good in range and price. Overall, good staff, trying hard under difficult conditions.
