No where for your customers to stand in line or exit! My little girl loved getting hit in the head with the door as we were trying to find somewhere to line up with a pushy Italian behind us. Will NEVER use this post office again
APPALLING service all round.Once AGAIN,i have a missing parcel.The website is carefully designed to foil any attempt at human contact,while giving the illusion they give a stuff about you.The ''Locate your lost parcel!' form on the website is is an endless DIY form that is impossible to complete,[some fields requiring knowledge of up to 20 technical shipping terms to complete. ie:-Is your parcel 1-international airmail 2-international shipping,2 Click N Send international,3-Pack & Track 4-Express Shipping etc. If you cant answer ONE of these options you are trapped in an indefinate error loop.] BTW,Don't.Don't bother trying to find a 'help & support' phone number,[or ANY phone number] anywhere on the website,you are expected to do all the work yourself.Your only option is to drive down in person to the mail hub to line up & see them personally.Their main priority is just to complete their runs ASAP.]
You can tell this is an Australia Post outlet rather than being owned and run by Australia Post itself as soon as you walk through the door - the staff are happy, helpful, and are happy to help you cut your postage costs by recommending less expensive alternatives. Need to post a parcel to Perth or Alice Springs? Ian cheerfully recommended a prepaid Express Post satchel to save me a couple of dollars. The operators WANTyou to come back, so take a long term view to keeping your business. Customer service as it should be.
