Australia Post

Went to Australia Post Prospect Hill Road to lodge Passport application and was told bluntly (re photographs) "Too small!"
The photographs were taken by them yesterday!! And cost me nearly $17.
Just by chance I had a spare set of signed photographs to circumvent the above problem occurring, the possibility of which I had been warned. Why do we have to go to these lengths to cover our backs when dealing with organisations such as Australia Post.
Totally unacceptable in business practice and poor customer service, with not a word of apology from the unhelpful, surly and rude staff member.
But to blithely refuse to accept their own photos somewhat amused me!!

Rude, disinterested and extremely unhelpful staff at this outlet - forget trying to have passports or other documents lodged at this Post Office, you will be turned away (even if you've made a specific appointment at a non-peak time). Coming to collect mail? You'll only get it if the staff feel like it. Disgusting customer service!

Try Deepdene or East Kew instead, they on the other hand are delightful.
