rude. the person is always grumpy and raises the voice when you ask a question. The management over charge. Take care if your parcels hover near the 500g mark and they have their air conditioner directed at the scale as the extra few grams means the difference of being charged $7.20 or up to $17.00 if posting far. The shop has been for sale for 3 years now so the lack of service is a reflection of the poorly performing business I reckon.
