Ordered Christmas items, all arrived at the post office by the 14th dec, it has taken 3 days (Fri, Sat, Mon) to fully collect my packages, one woman is very blunt, seems to only to communicate with a grunt or a groan and a rude a stare, this woman and the man that work there handle customers as if it's wasting there time and are quite blunt, unfortunately this is my closest store and I have to interact with them but more often than not unless it's an easy simple task for them to do they'll just half a** it.
useless ,hopeless ,I could continue .my postie keeps putting other peoples mail in my letter box,im still waiting for a bill that was mailed on the 22/9/14,today is the 29/9/14 and still hasn't arrived ,this postie shows up when they can be bothered ,doesn't bother to see who's mail they’re putting in the box,this is ridiculous,australia post needs to get with the program and deliver the mail like they get paid to do . very poor service
