Australia Post

I've only been using this post office on and off for a couple of years but thought I'd post a comment.
The staff here saved me quite a lot of cash in sending parcels and letters abroad so to me that's worth 5 stars!
Very friendly every time I've been there and shop selection pretty good.

I regularly have to use the 'services' of this post office and I consistently have experienced very rude staff that also don't seem to know what they are doing. I have not been impatient with them despite their incompetence yet they are very unhelpful, unapologetic and even get annoyed with and blame the customer.. This has been going on for a long time and today is the last straw which is why I am writing this review. Worst service EVER! Rudest staff ever. If it were just once, I can understand people sometimes have a bad day, but as mentioned this is consistent with almost every occasion and not limited to one staff member. Thank you for ruining my day every time I have to got to the post office!
