Australia Post

I had not received my collection noticefrom Aust Post so I contacted supplier and inquired as to its status. Was told by them it was ready for collection from AP. no collection was received. that was on Monday 4th nov. today,thurs 7 nov, received a Urgent Reminder to collect a parcel from AP. As I amexpecting another parcel ,i went up to chelsea AP with reminder in hand. Was told I had already collected it on Monday.
So AP failed to send initial collection notice and then failed in its admin to record picup.. wasted my time on two occassions. Amazon is a much better service..next day delivery ..never a problem.. so sad to see a Aussie company fail on so many fronts...

The two women who work here are horrid. Rude and dismissive, they act as if you should be thankful that they're giving you the time of day.

The 2 staffs that work here are the rudest people that work in the area. On several occasions have been rude and abrupt - think that they have some sort of high authority to be rude to every customer. Would rather drive to another Australian Post than have to be spoken to like dirt.
