Everytime I use this office line is out the door, service is slow, no structure, staff are rude and very slow. All they seem to worry about is self service and taken people out of the line for parcel pick ups and placing them at the front of line.

Stations are empty and no were near staffed enough during daily peak times.

Slow, stations unattended when line is out door overly officious at times. Think they are more interested in pushing self service.
