I have just moved from Grange to Hillbank ..I have used this post office twice ,never again, the two staff that have served me are patronising and rude, one of the female staff members was tapping her pen loudly on the desk while explaining something to me re my passport, spoke to me like I was a two yr. old, information given to me I already knew ,tried to explain to her I already have this information , she wouldn't have it droned on in her best school teachers voice
