The manager of this store is so incredibly rude... I went to apply for a passport and the service I received was down right aggressive and nasty. She was even talking about me behind my back to other customers! Unbelievable! Absolutely horrendous customer service.. this is actually not the first time I've encountered rudeness from her but this one so bad it warrants a review.... this woman should not be the manager of this store!!!
I went for a passport interview, the old woman is SO RUDE!! Each and every thing on my form she was rude about in front of a busy packed out shop! I was made to feel really low. Then she saw that the endorsement was incorrect (so what? I can just get it done again can't I???) OMG she was rude and nasty!! She should be happy she has a job, id LOVE a job there!! Where is the happy friendly customer service? Retire if your not happy, give the job to someone who deserves it!!!!!!! I'm going back, if she is rude again I will embarrass her like she has with me in front of everyone! I will not stand to be treated this way! She ruined my Saturday, I woke up happy for the weekend and now I'm just upset and angry. Hope she has a miserable weekend!
As a local it is my first choice of post office. Staff is helpful and always takes time to explain options for cheaper shipping. Only concern is the long cue you usually face as it seems to be always busy during trading hours. Sadly enough it is not open on Saturdays.
