There are two women that work at this post office and they are literally the rudest, most condicending and patronising individuals I have ever encountered. I am only young (23) and usually don't care if the shop assistant is rude, whatever, I shrug it off. But these two women, one named Karen, should NOT be in customer service. I'll drive to the next suburb so I do not have to be served by them.
