Poor/lack of service.
I avoid this place at all cost.
I get my parcels delivered to a different post code now.
Incident 1: I wanted to return some online clothing items and requested to buy a bag and instead of giving me the bag the employee grabbed the items in my hand and proceed to shove them into the bag. This is when I advised them that I will be packing the parcel myself.
Incident 2: I had a parcel to pick up and request my father to for me. When I saw the parcel there was a square hole cut out of the parcel and when I went to take out the item from the bag I saw a cut on the item. Not only did they cut the parcel bag but they cut right through my item.
I find that this place lacks customer service, politeness and courtesy.
There are other times were they will take there time to service you when you are at the counter waiting for assistance.
