I'm not often compelled to write reviews, but this Australia Post is an abysmal one. Not only is the staff that works there rude, and severely lacking in any customer service skills. They are unable to even utter a 'hello', let alone a 'how are you?', and can barely make eye contact with a customer. The only reason I go to this Australia Post is to pick up packages. Avoid like the plague.
I totally agree had the same experience 2day. The lady was rude and not very helpful. Once you walk in you get a look as if u can't be there. It's my local post office but will try and avoid going there.
