Contacting australia post for a question on the general line is almost always involving a long wait in a que of over 10 minutes to speak to someone after getting past the machine generated questioning system if you want a quick answer calling them is definately not the way to go however when someone finally does answer at least they do make a genuin effort to answer any query that I had.However the long hold & delay in getting an answer is somewhat frustrating so cant recommend there service as the quickest or best I have experienced
