Australia Post

The post office employees are smug and disrespectful. I hate coming here. As a young woman, I find it disturbing how I was told off by saying have a nice day hun. Not only this, but I was underchanged and then accused of being rude and disrespectful. Seriously, get a grip.

Dealt with this post office for years, have family that work for Australia post, always been extremely pleased with service.



Went in today and yesterday and there is a new staff who has hands down given me the worst customer service, was rude, abrupt, unhelpful, and smug.

Have been going to that particular aus post outlet for 10 years, won't be going back again.
